We drove along the coast to get to the Cape

The fall off was steep!

Cape of Good Hope - It was first circumnavigated in 1488 by Bartolomeu Dias, who named it Cape of Storms.  The Indian and Atlantic oceans meet near here.  The Cape is the most southern tip of Africa.

I did not have the time nor the energy to walk up the side of this hill to the lookout tower.
